ATLENSYS has been created as a new entity to embody the expertise and major achievements
developed within the Optoprim ecosystem, founded in 1994.

Its creation is part of a strategic vision to diversify skills and develop
increasingly complex and comprehensive solutions for its customers.

Building on these solid foundations, ATLENSYS continues to evolve and is now a key player in
the European photonics industry, with a presence across the entire value chain – from laser components
to machine manufacturing and advanced optoelectronic systems.

Our CSR approach – Putting responsibility
at the heart of innovation

At ATLENSYS, social and environmental responsibility is a priority.
Our CSR approach is based on three major commitments, with measurable objectives and
concrete actions to reduce our impact and promote sustainable practices.

Reducing our carbon footprint

We are conducting an in-depth review to better understand and limit our environmental impact.

Carbon audits, eco-design, new eco-designed premises, responsible purchasing… these are all levers that we are gradually activating, in line with our business activities and industrial flows.

2030 target: 30% reduction in carbon emissions across the Group.

  • Initial carbon
    footprint

Carrying out an initial carbon assessment for Industrial Laser Systems, GATACA SYSTEMS and OPTOPRIM France; planned extension to subsidiaries in Italy and Germany

  • Initial work
    on eco-design

    Initial work on eco-design:
training planned for technical teams (GATACA SYSTEMS), use of LCA, choice of recycled materials, etc.

  • Responsible
    purchasing policy

Responsible purchasing policy being developed: inclusion of environmental criteria in calls for tender

Social commitment and employee well-being

We place our teams at the heart of our corporate strategy. Through integration, prevention, training, diversity and quality of life at work, we deploy concrete tools to build a healthy, inclusive and sustainable working environment.

2026 target: 100% of employees aware of and trained in CSR issues.

  • Disability policy

Disability policy: raising awareness internally, dedicated communication, HR support

  • Deployment of a structured
    integration plan

Deployment of a structured induction plan: induction booklet, job descriptions, follow-up questionnaires, etc.

  • Quality of life
    at work

Quality of life at work: supervised teleworking, the right to disconnect, green offices

ETHICS AND RESPONSIBLE GOVERNANCE

We are strengthening our governance at all levels: transparency, supplier ethics and regulatory compliance. Using recognised benchmarks (EcoVadis, CSRD), we are structuring our commitments and equipping each Group entity to move forward in a coherent way.

2026 target: 100% of subsidiaries EcoVadis certified.

  • Awarded the
    EcoVadis label

ILS awarded EcoVadis label; improvement plan underway for other subsidiaries

  • Implementation of a charter
    supplier ethics

Implementation of a supplier ethics charter, integrated into orders and calls for tenders

  • Preparing for the directive
    CSRD

Preparing for the CSRD directive: definition of ESG indicators, monitoring tools under construction
